Cancellation Policy
Evolution Hockey Training operates under a fair Cancellation/Refund policy.
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Cancellations received a minimum of 45 days prior to the camp start date will receive a refund less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received within 45 days of the camp start date will receive a credit towards future Evolution Hockey Training camps or clinics, less a $50 administration fee, valid for 1 year from the date issued. No refunds or credits will be issued for voluntary withdrawl, failure to attend, or expulsion from a camp or clinic. (See our Zero Tolerance Policy) In the case of an injury or illness, with a valid letter from your physician, you will receive a credit towards future Evolution Hockey Training camps or clinics less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations are not confirmed until we have a confirmed receipt of your cancellation email.
Evolution Hockey Training will charge $25 for any cheques returned from the bank.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Evolution Hockey Training has the right to expel any player from any on or off ice session, camp, or clinic with no refund due to any behavioral issues including bullying, harassment, vandalism of property, or any distracting or disruptive behavior.
General Rules
If a player feels the need to bring a smart phone they are fully responsible for them and they are only to be used for emergency purposes. Please follow the school board regulations regarding nut free foods.
Evolution Hockey Training will encourage all players to clean up after themselves and look after all of their personal belongings. By registering, you agree that Evolution Hockey Training is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
